Target Groups

🏙️

Rural Women

Rural women often experience limited access to education, vocational training, and income-generating opportunities due to geographical, social, and economic constraints. Traditional roles, lack of market exposure, and low financial literacy restrict their economic independence.

👧

Adolescent Girls

Adolescent girls face critical challenges related to education continuity, self-confidence, life skills, and career awareness. Early exposure to skill development, leadership, health awareness, and decision-making abilities is crucial to prevent dropouts and early dependency.

💼

Working Women

Working women frequently struggle with workplace stress, limited leadership opportunities, work–life balance challenges, and lack of upskilling support. Focused training on professional skills, communication, leadership, and self-development is necessary.

🏠

Homemakers

Homemakers contribute significantly to family and society but often lack recognition, financial independence, and access to skill-building opportunities. Training in financial literacy, self-confidence, and practical skills can empower homemakers to achieve economic independence.
